株式会社オベリスク代表。 1997年、（株）AVEX D,D（現エイベックス・エンタテインメント株式会社）入社。
プロデューサー/ブランドマネージャー/A&RとしてBoA,東方神起,野猿,等、数々の人気アーティストを手掛け、NO.1ヒットを世に送り出す。
2007年、株式会社オベリスク設立。
2008年、日本テレビ開局50周年記念映画「252 生存者あり」の主題歌「LOVE ALIVE」をプロデュース。
2009年、BIGBANGの日本進出にスーパーバイザーとして参加。
2010年、KARAの日本進出にプロデューサーとして参加し、大ヒットに導く。
2011年より、2PM,2AMのプロデュースを手がける。
2012年より、E-girls,May.Jのプロデュースを手がける。
2017年より、TWICEの日本における音楽プロデュースを手がける。
現在も、新人アーティストの立ち上げ、既存アーティストのリブランディングを中心に、様々なプロジェクトに関わっている。
